rbenv

rbenv is a version manager tool for the Ruby programming language on Unix-like systems.

Common rbenv Commands

Install rbenv with Homebrew

$ brew update
$ brew install rbenv ruby-build

Update rbenv to the latest version

See the current rbenv version

$ rbenv --version
